Graovo is a historic-geographical and ethnographic region in Western Bulgaria, Pernik region, part of the Shopski folk region. The embroidery ornaments are mainly geometrical or complex floral motifs. The main colours are the crimson red, raspberry red, dark red and orange-red. The perfect harmony of colours makes the embroidery look like a garden of flowers. The embroidery ornaments are made in great details.
