Hello and welcome to our shipping and delivery page! Here you will find some details about the lifecycle of your order's journey from the time you place your order to the time your new treasures arrive at your doorstep.

The company reserves the right to change prices and correct products.
When you purchase from our site, we are obliged to deliver the product to you according to the details of your purchase order. You are obliged to pay the final price of the ordered product in advance in case of payment by bank transfer or at delivery. All prices include VAT.
 
Please, have in mind that the goods displayed at the website are objects of sale. It may occur that a product is sold out before your order is complete. In this case one of our consultants will contact you by email or phone for additional clarifications.

Delivery methods

  • Delivery to any hotel in Sofia

    If you choose “cash and carry” method to any hotel in Sofia, please note that this means that you will have to pay cash for the goods you purchase and carry them yourself.
    Standard delivery is between 24 and 48 hours to hotels depending on the time of placement of the order.
    The cost of delivery is included in the price.
    You can pay in euro but you will receive a cash receipt in Bulgarian leva.

  • Delivery to an address in Bulgaria

    What happens when you choose “shipment to the door” option? Our store takes the responsibility for dealing with all the tasks for moving the goods from the factory to the buyer/consignee's door. It is our responsibility to insure the goods and bear all costs and risks including the payment of duty and fees. In other words, the selling cost of goods includes all taxes and expenses.
    Standard delivery is between 24 and 48 hours depending on the time of placing the order. Our products are delivered by a courier company in Bulgaria.
    The delivery cost of packages between 1 and 2 kilograms costs up to 10 leva (5 euro). Prices are approximate. We will inform you in an additional email about the cost of delivery.
    You have to pay the total price for the goods and the delivery at the moment of delivery.

  • International Delivery

    International delivery is regulated by EXW. The dates of delivery mentioned are approximate and the store doesn’t take responsibility for delays in delivery. The buyer must comply with all laws regulating the importation of goods into the country of destination.
    The cost of delivery out of Bulgaria depends on the delivery prices of the Bulgarian Post Service and we will inform you in an additional email about the final price. We will send you an invoice with the total price including the price of the goods and the delivery.
    The delivery out of Bulgaria is made within 3 working days.
    All orders received by Friday night, Saturday, Sunday or public holidays are processed on the first working day thereafter.
    Within 24 hours you will receive a confirmation e-mail for your order.
    If you choose a payment by bank transfers you need to make a bank transfer according invoice with bank account.
