My name is Ivan B. and I am a coppersmith. I learned the craft from master Valantin Yotkov - the best Bulgarian copper and wrought silver master. Valentin Yotkov is currently a teacher of metal plastics in New York, the USA.

I have been a member of the Bulgarian Master’s Association of traditional artistic crafts since 1990. All my works of art are handmade by traditional technology with traditional Bulgarian decoration.

Each object is unique bearing my special style and authenticity. The objects are suitable for presents for any occasion as well as for home decoration. My works of art can be found in the USA, Canada, Russia, England, Germany and many other countries. I hope you like my craftworks.

About the work

Coppery is an ancient trade on Bulgarian soil, carried on ever since the days of the ancient Thracians and the Roman colonists. Due to the existence of ore mining in our land, this trade was highly developed in the time of the First and Second Bulgarian Kingdom. In the Middle Ages, coppery was also constantly present in the monetary system. During the 17th century, coppery was a well-developed trade and copper works were estimated, as works of high artistic quality.

The product is handmade and sometimes there may be differences between the picture and the product up to 5%.
